Forever Frugal Friday

a good, cute belt is always such a task to find.  i recently saw my coworker sporting an adorable black bow belt with her skirt and when i asked where she got it, she said a four letter word...SAKS.

well since my paycheck doesn't yet allow me the ability to shop at SAKS, it does allow me to shop at forever and these darling dainty bow belts (available in peach, black and red) are a steal at $4.80!

perfect for that summer dress and adds just a little bit of cheekiness - go grab one immediately...heck, get wild, grab all three!

Forever Frugal Friday

just recently purchased a necklace very similar to the colorblocked fringe necklace above at a very different price from express.  the necklace is one of my favorites and i am loving this forever version almost better!

seeing as i don't need two of the same necklace, i also spied this short colorblocked necklace and think i must become the proud owner of it.  i love the pop of pink, the contrasting gold and could find many items to wear it with.

with colorblocking continuing to be such a hot trend this spring, why not mix it up colorblock your neck!

Forever Frugal Friday ~ Steal vs. Splurge

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am not generally a "watch person".  However whenever I see my roomie sporting her Michael Kors 'Runway' Rose Gold watch or my girl Christy sporting this stunner I am ever so tempted to become a "watch person" (I have my eye on this one specifically) and just spend the money.

However, today I saw this awesome Timeless Fashion watch at Forever and am considering buying it to test out if I can really become a "watch person".  At under $20, it is the perfect "gateway watch".

Anyone else not a "watch person"?  And those who are sporting these gorgeous bold watches, do you use them for the functionality of a watch or more as an accessory (like a bangle)?
