Lately however, I cannot handle my nails bare. I always have to have polish on my nails. Usually bright pink, sometimes red, and ever so rarely dark (favorite is OPI's Black Cherry Chutney). My obsession has led me to always be on the lookout for the new collections from OPI and Essie.
I must say that Essie's Resort Collection and Summer 2010 Collection have me excited to head into my local beauty supply and pick up a shade or two!

I saw an ad in for the Summer 2010 Collection available June 1, 2010 and think I may be purchasing the entire collection!
I am in love with them all but really want to add Haute as Hello, Knockout Pout and Demure Vixen to my collection.
What kind of polish girl are you? French, Acrylic, Short, Long, Trendy, Nude, Pale, Neon? What is the polish you absolutely cannot live without?

ahhh you're a girl after my own heart - im obsessed with polish! my nails must be exxxxtra short and i go trendy, nude, neon and everything in between. right now i've got "timesquare tangerine" by nyc...cheapo but its one of my favs. my all time favorite polish is one that i picked up from an abc store in hawaii called island girl and its NEON pink. love it.

I LOVE Essie. Love, love, love. Those colors are excellent. While I love playing with shades, I always go back to Essie's "Ballet Slippers". It's a beautiful pale pink/white and makes my nails look fabulous!
I'm somewhat of a nail polish addict myself...at least for my toes, they are polished 24/7. I love OPI, but have never actually tired Essie, I will have to check it out.

My favorite color of course depends on the season and my mood. But honestly, I love all colors! And Essie, I can't even tell you how many bottles I have. It's my favorite polish brand!!
Nail polish is always fun :) I LOVE Essie, as well as OPI. I just bought a couple bottles of American Apparel nail polish to try, and it's looking like their colors may be become my favorites too!

I love love love having my nails painted. I just feel so much more put together even if I'm in jeans and a tshirt. Unfortunately I'm with ya on the costs. I need to stalk up on some polish and give myself a little at home spa attention!
