ah, i was in F21 yesterday and saw this skirt! of course, it was by itself, not my size, and I couldn't find it anywhere else is the store (always my luck!). love this!
That outfit is SO cute. I am in a desperate need of an F21 trip. I spend all day drooling over the Saks, Bloomies, etc. emails- need to start looking at places that don't break the bank. I love your Frugal Friday posts!
