Forever Frugal Friday
I am so glad it is the weekend and even more excited because it suppose to be hot, hot, hot in LA. Today at lunch I wore a knee length, sleeveless dress which made me yearn for more to add to my collection. So, I have had my eye on this Theory Alisse Dress for quite some time but just couldn't commit to the price tag....

They also have a very similar one at Target right now- but it's navy on the bottom and has cap sleeves and a little belt (which I would totally ditch for a great thick braided number). Very cute and affordable!
