Last night after enjoying a delish turkey burger from The Counter in Marina Del Rey, I decided that a sweet treat was in need.
I had eyed these little suckers at the grocery store a few weeks back and was waiting to enjoy them with Mrs. R as she was the first to introduce me to salted caramel goodness.These bars are divine! Rich, decadent and naughty in every single way. The only downside was by the end of the bar, I was full and thirsty. Which got me thinking, is this flavor available in just ice cream? The answer luckily is yes!

I need to try this immediately - fingers crossed I find it this weekend. It was love at first bite for me and a salted caramel about 5 years ago when I had my first from Fran's Chocolates in Bellevue - DEEEELISH!
I am crazy about salted caramels, I will have to look for these!

Ok, so sometimes even mom listens to her daughter. Lynn, it is incredible. You're right you can only eat a little at a time, that's a hidden plus. It does make you thirsty but in a really delicious way.......
