I am loving this simple black dress with a little bit of "flair" on the shoulders. Apparently embellished shoulders are all the rage right now (see here, here, here and here). And while I am not quite ready to tackle spikes or shoulder pads à la Rihanna, I do think that I could rock this dress and feel a little tough and edgy at the same time.What do you think of embellished shoulders? Go for it or Pass?
